Relaxen bij mooi weer is hier in de buurt mogelijk bij zowel het Erasmuspark, Rembrandt park en het Bos en Lommerplantsoen. Bij echt warm weer kun je heerlijk zwemmen in het (buiten)zwembad van Sportplaza Mercator aan de Jan van Galenstraat. Wil je lekker een hapje eten!? Ga met de lift naar de begane grond van het complex en je komt terecht bij restaurant "Wilde Westen". Heerlijk wanneer je bijvoorbeeld met een groot gezelschap bent en dit niet allemaal in het appartement kwijt kunt. Uiteraard heb je diverse leuke restaurantjes in de nabije omgeving. Het appartement heeft een fijne sfeer en is stijlvol ingericht. Aan de voorzijde ligt de keuken. Deze is voorzien van een 4 pits keramische kookplaat, koel-vriescombi, een afzuigkap en een vaatwasser. Bij de, op de begane grond gelegen, Miele Laundrette kun je je was doen. Doordat deze studio handig is ingedeeld kun je naast je bed een fijn zitje creëren. Wellicht dat jij deze wel bij het raam plaatst zodat je niet alleen naar de tv kan kijken maar ook naar de skyline van Amsterdam. Maar uiteraard kun je er natuurlijk ook voor kiezen om te gaan slapen of wakker te worden met dit uitzicht.
